By accessing or using Juud.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Juud.ai provides an automated job application service. We submit job applications on your behalf to positions that match your specified preferences. While we strive to maximise your chances of receiving interview requests, we do not guarantee employment outcomes. The effectiveness of our service depends on various factors including your qualifications, resume quality, market conditions, and employer preferences.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your resume and profile
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or eligibility to work
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary technology or processes

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Interview Guarantee: If you do not receive at least one interview request within 30 days of your applications being submitted, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim this refund, you must contact us within 7 days after the 30-day period expires. Refund eligibility requires that you have provided an accurate resume and have not rejected or failed to respond to interview requests.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Juud.ai and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our proprietary matching algorithms, application systems, and databases constitute trade secrets and confidential information. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juud.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in job listings or applications
• Employer decisions regarding your candidacy
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juud.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
